7 DAY TRIP TO ICELAND
Day 1 -2
Arrive in Reykjavik, Iceland’s largest city and capital. Pick up your rental car and check in for your amazing stay in your beautiful panoramic suite at the Tower Suites. Enjoy your views from the highest viewpoint in Iceland! On your second day, head south to enjoy a privately led hike to the Volcano Hekla, otherwise known as “The Queen of Iceland”. Considered one of the most active volcanoes in Iceland, it has had over twenty eruptions since 1874, each lasting for a few days or longer at a time.
Day 3 - 4
Experience the Blue Lagoon in an incomparable way. This underground adventure is like no other – you will explore the amazing craters and lava tube caves and enjoy the natural scenery of lava formations and stalactites. Afterward, surface from below for some well-earned relaxation. You’ll be transported to the famous Blue Lagoon where you can bathe in the beautiful blue green water and relax in the geothermal steam bath and waterfall. The next day, continue your adventurous tour of Iceland’s dramatic landscape on a glacier hike, waterfalls, and Black Beach. After being picked up in Reykjavik, you’ll start with visiting waterfalls such as Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, and more. Continue on the Reynisfjara Beach, otherwise known as Black Beach for its black sands and towering basalt columns. On this tour you’ll also visit the infamous Eyjafjallajokull volcano and get up close and personal with the Solheimajokull glacier.
Day 5
Pick up your Quads and ride off the beaten track and onto the rocky paths of the Reykjavik outback. Ride up to the summits of Hafrafell and Ulfarsfell mountains and experience breathtaking, sprawling panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean, bay and city.
Day 6
Today, spend the day with more adventure! You’ll be exploring caves and snorkeling at one of the world’s highest rated sites located on top of tectonic plates between America and Europe. Discover another world underwater as you float among the crystal-clear water and beautiful landscape.
Day 7
Return your rental car and say goodbye to your icy, exhilarating trip full of adventure, culture, and history!
